My other half Dave ordered me a beautiful emerald green velvet footstool as part of my Christmas present (yes I directed him to it!). As it was in the outlet I then also got the cushions I wanted to go with it!! It came super quickly, was in perfect condition even though it was ex display and is now my favourite piece of furniture. I now have my eye on a gorgeous pair of palm tree lamps!! Excellent service and products!

Order was placed and received an email to advise delivery would be up to 10 days.After 3 weeks I contacted Olivias to ask when I would receive the set of 3 mirrors that I had ordered. I immediately received emails to say I would receive delivery within next 2 to 3 days with follow up emails confirming this. Items delivered as promised and very pleased with them.

Beautiful large Octagon mirror! First time buyer from Olivia’s so was a little nervous but I needn’t had worried. Delivery was timely and well packaged. The mirror is fantastic and just what I wanted with a great price as well compared to other retailers! I will be back again for sure!!

Quick delivery but took long time to get refund of some of my items.

Terrible service. Not set up for an online business. I'm sure their stuff is nice (although I've yet to receive anything) but the lack of communication, long lead times and terrible customer service will kill any chance they have.Avoid.Placed my order start of March with email stating delivery in 7-10 days, but despite an attempt at communicating with the team I've had two replies with little help and still haven't received my items (almost a month later) and no replies for the past 2 weeks.Update: per the below reply. I’ve had no updates so if you can reply to my email then it should be easy to resolve, this platform is not a good place to do that. Would appreciate a reply to my multiple contact attempts. Thank you

Bought planters from Olivia's. Great quality and incredibly reasonable. The one downside that is worth flagging is that their website has a small print line that says 'Clearance Outlet Price'. This price is lower and its easy to assume, as I did that this is the price you'll be getting it at. However, it isn't. You need to click the tiny link under the price which takes you through to availability of returns hence the discount. I only found this out when I emailed to ask why I'd been charged the higher rate. So anyone else reading this - click on the link before you buy incase you can get it cheaper. Olivia's loose a star just because their website isn't clear and this is easy to miss.

Fab range of products that I haven’t found anywhere else , and the fastest shipment! Highly recommend.

I ordered a full length mirror and lamp shade. The lamp shade arrived promptly but I got no notification on the mirror for 3 weeks. When I emailed customer service I didn't get a response for 2 weeks, I then chased and was told the mirror was damaged in transit (they didn't plan on telling me until I asked??). I was offered a refund or new mirror. I opted for a refund on 18 February and sent 8 emails over the course of 1 month asking if I was issued a refund and when to expect it. They routinely ignored me. 2 months after I ordered the mirror I eventually got a refund. A very frustrating and opaque process, not using again.

Read the reviews and do not order! Waiting for a delayed order if one thing, but emailing each month to say it’s delayed again and again is another! Just to top it off, one of the items I was told should have arrived months ago. Customer service will NOT respond to any emails. Sadly I will too have to go through my bank for a charge back. Love the items on the site and I would have been a very good customer. You can’t be trusted to send the items though. Looks like a scam to me. Save your cash and go elsewhere!

Bought a leather arm chair, got the next day delivery, they accept Klarna payments, you yiu can get more time to pay for pay in instalments. Happy with product quality. Wide, nicely cushioned chair.. overall happy with service. Thanks
